History of BBTechnics Inc.
BBTechnics is a Finnish importer company founded year 2008. BBTechnics is formerly known as Bang & Bonsomer Technics, and it was part of the Bang & Bonsomer Group. The company changed its name in year 2010 due to a management buyout.
This management buyout took place on 15th of March in 2010. The company was bought up by its Managing Director, Mr. Stefan Kevin, the Hertell family and an external investor. This buyout was the resultant of Bang & Bonsomer Group’s aim to concentrate their efforts only on raw material distribution. By the time Bang & Bonsomer Technics operated almost exclusively in Finland and was distributing mainly machinery and associated products for the Industry.
Due to this buyout and the name change BBTechnics has focused its sphere of operations. Today, BBTechnics is specialized particularly importing and marketing the products of plastics and construction industry. BBTechnics has five exclusive partnership with Swiss Leister, Italian Ritmo S.p.A, British Bainbridge, German Graepel and Frank GmbH. In addition BBTechnics imports Austrian Agru.
Though BBTechnics is a young company, it has a loads of expertise, know-how and international experience from the field. This is due to professional and trained staff, strong partners and its former parental company Bang & Bonsomer Group, which history goes all the way back to 1920. - BBTechnics has established new exclusive partnership with German Frank GmbH in March 2011.
2010
- BBTechnics established exclusive partnership with italian machinery company Ritmo S.p.A on 1st of September 2010.
- BBTechnics changed its name on 20th of April 2010. It was formerly known as Bang & Bonsomer Technics Oy.
- Bang & Bonsomer Group sold its daughter company Bang & Bonsomer Technics Oy. This management buyout took place on 15th of March 2010.
